Close to downtown. Walk to the Riverside Convention Center. Three blocks to the bus line and Public Library. Several blocks to Fairmount Park and bike trails. Walking distance to the Historic Mission Inn and shopping on the mall. Close to the Mt. Rubidoux hiking trail. Watch the 4th of July fireworks on Mt. Rubidoux from your own backyard!

Vintage Craftsman home built in 1922. Freshly painted, with spacious yard, large garage with a workshop and a cinder block storage room. New flooring throughout the house. New stove and butcher block cabinets. New kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Working fireplace. Washer and dryer hookups.

Parking on street, and also in the large detached garage that is accessed via the alley behind the house. The garage door is remote controlled. There is also a roll-away fence that gives access to a paved driveway where a large vehicle can be parked.

Owner pays for Landscaper.

First month's rent, plus a $2,850 security deposit.

If garage door remote(s) are damaged or lost, tenant will be charged $40 per remote.

Not only is the scenery beautiful but it's family oriented, safe to walk at night, and the schools are amazing. the homes are vintage and have won Neighborhood of the Year many times. I am happy to call Downtown Riverside my home. "

Also very close to unique and artistic park where you could walk to Rubidoux Mountain. R'mountain is a grate place to hike many go up for a nice fresh view up the mountain to see the city lights and unique view. And if your not a walker you could always go though the Santana Bike trail and test your self how far you could go. It's an active location and could always find something to do; with friendly a neighborhood everybody is welcomed "
