About this House

An English Tudor house located just 1 blocks west of the Frieze Building and 2 blocks from Kerrytown. The converted house is mostly made up of efficiencies and one bedroom's, so it offers residents a quiet location that is near the heart of Central Campus. Heat and water are included with all of the apartments as well as access to on-site laundry facilities. Unfortunately, we do not offer parking at this location, but it's only a short walk to everything that you need.

Jo Ann (the vice principal) is a bully and demonstrates passive aggressiveness towards other adults, which creates a very toxic environment. The principal doesn't even respond to emails or phone calls. The teachers are nice and seem to genuinely care about the kids. If the administration fails, how can the school function? This place is setting itself up for a potential lawsuit in the near future with this "I don't give a care" mentality.
