This timeless, all-brick center hall colonial, crowned with a distinctive clay tile roof, showcases enduring craftsmanship combined with thoughtful modern updates.

First Floor
Step inside to beautifully updated oak hardwood floors. The formal living room with fireplace and adjacent den have been re-sheetrocked and enhanced with recessed lighting. The formal dining room adjoins a fully updated kitchen with all granite counters and a center island, along with a spacious dinette. A sliding glass door opens to the backyard, revealing a bright, open-concept sitting area that seamlessly integrates with the main level. A well-placed half bath completes this floor.

Second & Third Floors
The second floor features three comfortable bedrooms and a renovated full bath. A reconstructed staircase leads to the finished third-floor suite, complete with a full bathroom featuring a stall shower and generous walk-in closets—perfect as a private guest suite or extended family living space.

Basement
Accessed by a rebuilt staircase, the fully finished basement offers ceramic tile flooring, recessed lighting, and multiple upgrades:
• Stylish full bath with stall shower and natural light
• Laundry with black granite counter, stainless sink, and cabinetry
• Direct exterior access to the backyard (5 steps up)
This level provides versatile options for work-from-home, recreation, or multi-generational living.

Mechanical & Structural:

• Beyond its timeless, fully re-pointed brick facade, the home is distinguished by its double-girder construction, a rare feature that provides superior strength and stability, underscoring the quality craftsmanship that defines this property.
• Two-car: garage with clay tile roof
• Weil-McLain gas-fired hot water boiler (3 zones) & AO Smith water heater
• 200-amp electrical service
• Friedrich through-wall A/C units + Mitsubishi split system in kitchen/sitting area
All mechanicals are in excellent working condition.

Exterior
Stone pebble driveway in superb condition, manicured front and rear yards with mature landscaping, rebuilt stoops, and restored brickwork—main building/foundation size: 36’ x 25’ (excluding den).

Schools
PS 32, IS 25 Adrian Block, Francis Lewis High School (District 25).

Transportation & Shopping
One block south to Northern Blvd. with convenient bus lines to downtown Flushing, #7 train, and LIRR Broadway Station. Surrounded by extensive food markets, Asian specialty shops, restaurants, and everyday conveniences.

Recreation
Just 1.5 blocks north is renowned Bowne Park — one of Northeast Queens’ most beloved parks, offering walking paths, lake views, playgrounds, bacci courts, and open green space.

Lifestyle
Every space in this home has been finished with an eye for detail and order — “Martha Stewart-like,” where everything has its place and nothing has been overlooked. The combination of classic architecture, modern comfort, and thoughtful layout makes this property truly one of a kind.

"They’d like to see other neighbors walking their pets. Neighbors don’t usually talk to each other and there’s very few patches of grass for dogs to walk on. I’m in Barclay and parson and that’s how it is here. There are other parts of Flushing which are real nice and better maintained. All in all I feel safe in flushing, more so than most other parts of New York. So you will enjoy walking your pet peacefully. Also there are barely any rats. In 3 years I’ve only come across four at most here in flushing and I walk everyday. Do you don’t have to worry about your pet getting a disease that way. Beware though of the endless spits everywhere. It’s gross "
