No smoking inside the property.
No pets unless previously authorized by the landlord.

Parking is allowed on the driveway and street in front of the property only.
The central air filter needs to be replaced monthly ( or as specified by the filter installed) a $75.00 fee will be charged to the tenant's next rent due, if is not replaced, with no exceptions.

With traffic that time doubles, but I have the option of either taking the highway or one of several local routes into the city. It’s convenient to have so many options to try beating traffic."
