Spacious four bedroom super clean freshly painted home with newly remodeled kitchen complete with granite countertops and new stove. Two remodeled bathrooms with new vanities and tub and shower. Large backyard with fenced garden area and fruit trees on property.

Pet okay with additional pet deposit. No aggressive dog breeds due to insurance requirements. Owner pays for garbage and tenant pays for gas, electric and water. Room above garage is a separate granny unit already rented with private entrance. Main house tenant shares driveway with upstairs tenant. $75 paid to main house tenant to cover granny unit utilities. No smoking policy and no subletting. Applicants must have excellent credit and verifiable income. We are using Zillow Rent Manager. Applications are submitted online with a $29 fee that covers your credit and background report.
