Description

This unit, located in our senior park for people ages 55 and older, is a 14' x 70' mobile home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and includes a washer and dryer, dishwasher, shed, deck, awning, and central air conditioning. The rent for this unit is $725 per month with a $725 security deposit. Rent includes lot rent plus we provide garbage and yard maintenance but tenants are responsible for all utilities. The security deposit must be paid and utilities must be switched before tenant can get keys. Unit is both gas and electric. Please call (no texts please because this is a landline) show contact info
Monday thru Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for more information. Cats are allowed with no pet deposit only if they are fixed and the front claws are removed. Sorry, no dogs are allowed. There is a $35 per adult application fee required when applications are submitted.
