My good friend Reza (professional biomedical engineer) lives in the other side of the unit with a separate bed and bath on his own lease. Your portion of rent is $1000/month with utilities credit, or $1100/ month with parking and utilities credit. 16-20 foot high ceilings, washer/dryer in unit, dog friendly.

This is a first floor, two bedroom two bathroom apartment in the north building of Roosevelt Point, which is in walking distance (about a 10 min walk) of the downtown ASU campus.

This apartment is steps away from the pool and visitor parking.

There are stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is also a ton of kitchen storage.

The communal spaces have concrete floors while the bedroom and closet have carpet. The ceilings in here are very high making the space feel larger than it is!

    "There is a lot of history and some charm, however with the freeways close by and the amount of alley ways that are present in about 95% of the properties; this area gets a lot of homeless, dumpster divers, gang bangers and scouts on the look out for burgarlizing homes. we have to be very vigilant when it comes to our exterior and the back of our home due to very unsafe and unpatroled alley ways."
