About this House

This thoughtfully designed alcove studio offers a highly functional layout, ideal for maximizing both style and space. A distinct sleeping area allows for easy customization—whether you’re creating a cozy bedroom nook or a sleek home office setup. The galley kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, while the separate dressing area with custom built-ins provides exceptional storage. Hardwood floors run throughout, and a full wall of windows—stretching nearly 20 feet—floods the space with natural light. Comfort is key, with thru-wall A/C ensuring year-round climate control.

Located at 333 East 14th Street, one of the area’s most established co-ops, residents enjoy the benefits of a part-time doorman, a live-in resident manager, and a newly renovated laundry room.

Perfectly positioned at the crossroads of Gramercy and the East Village, the location offers unbeatable access to downtown living. Just across the street is the L train, and you’re moments from the 14th Street Y, home to a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor pool, and basketball courts. Nearby are neighborhood favorites like Trader Joe’s, Target, Union Square, and a variety of celebrated restaurants and parks. For a peaceful escape, Stuyvesant Square Park—one of Manhattan’s best-kept secrets—is just around the corner.

Please note that co-purchasing is allowed, but parents buying and pied-a-terres sadly are not. Subletting permitted under exceptional circumstances, following a 2-year residency, for a one-year term with potential board-approved renewal - capped at a maximum of two years total.

"In recent years we are known for high level of pedestrian injuries due to improper bike lane use, police cars parking illegally in the crosswalk making it harder to see the bikes, a terribly deteriorated local park, and bikes, motorbikes and scooters using the sidewalks at great speed, and lots of empty storefronts. It was once a great neighborhood. "
