8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI did not feel fully supported. Shawnee claims to be hard on bullying, but kids who retaliate against their bullies get a harsher punishment than the bullies themselves. The environment is very dangerous and unwelcoming to minority students as well. As a graduate, I am overjoyed that I will never again have to step foot in this school.Other Review2y ago4 Reviews - Check out schools near 3329 E High St.

"Homeless, and drug addicts yell out front consistently. Multiple break in attempts in my 5 years living here. Also, people like to sleep in my garage."

"Dog owners would love the yards and greenery. Dog owners should be wary of the nearby busy intersections in case pets get loose. "

"The struggle is real. Springfield was a once proud community but it is truly struggling now. Lack of resources and proper infrastructure is a huge problem along with subpar schools. "

"The neighbors in this area make it worth living here. Only second to the charming architecture. Just wish there were better local restaurants!"

"There is a lot of cookouts and family and community get togethers also. Our community comes together when we really need it the most. A lot of church charities and school charities. Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "

"there’s no dog park. there’s a few neighborhood cats that like to stray and you often hear the neighborhood dogs barking. it’s no bother really since everyone minds their business. just something to be mindful of."

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 20 years, and it's changed over the last 7 years. The neighborhood has some really good people and also a few bad apples. But, overall the people that live here, do make an effort to look out for one another. "

"Crime and drugs make Springfield an unsafe city to live in. Houses and apartments are run down. There are no family oriented places to go to or enjoy. Most people go to Columbus to enjoy a nice family outing."
