You will be renting the entire home to yourself. This cozy, quiet 3 bed/2 bath house is in a safe neighborhood. 2 beds provided and one bedroom has an office space. Home is fully furnished, has full kitchen with dishes and cookware. Washer/dryer provided. 2 car attached garage and spacious, fully fenced yard. Home also has a screened in sunroom. Two smart tvs are in the home with Netflix and Hulu signed in. Pets welcome. I-10 is a 15 minute drive away. Duke, Eglin and Hurlburt are an easy commute down highway 85. The beaches are 29 miles away.

Owner pays all utilities! This includes water, electric, trash, internet, pest control, and lawn care. The $2,299 covers all expenses

No smoking inside. Please pick up waste from pets that use the yard, bag it, and dispose of it in outdoor garbage bin. Deposit (refundable), cleaning fee (non-refundable), and first month rent must be paid up front. House is furnished and has many toiletries and other supplies available in house. You may use any of them, but do not remove them from the house. Do not use or remove any of the equipment in the garage without permission. Pour 1 cup of white vinegar in the HVAC monthly. Minimum lease length is 6 months and can be extended.

Please contact owner to arrange a tour as I have to have a third party allow you into the house when she is available.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
