Upon approval, the security deposit shall reserve the property exclusively for the approved applicant until the scheduled move-in date. If applicant is approved for the move in and does not take possession by the scheduled move in date, applicant will lose their security deposit.

The application fee is $65.

If approved, there is a $99 admin fee due upon signing the lease.

Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
