A separate laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and utility sink with plenty of counter space and cabinetry.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a custom walk-in closet, a dedicated Retreat/workout space with a Peloton bike, and direct access to the balcony. Its en-suite bathroom has a custom Jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the third works well as a flexible guest room and home office. It currently has a full-size sofa bed and office setup, a large closet currently being used as a sound proofed recording studio, with the option to replace the sofa bed with a twin-size bed.

Outside, the fully gated (3) backyard is designed to make the most of Southern California weather. There is a swimming pool, a hot tub, (temporary child proof fencing included but not currently in use) a custom built outdoor living area with Smart TV, Ceiling Fans, Built in Surround Sound Stereo, and a professional BBQ grill with an outdoor kitchen setup with a sink and extra one burner cooktop. Parking includes a three-car garage with custom cabinetry, Epoxy Flooring, workbench, Ceiling Storage Racks, Ping Pong Table, and 2nd Fridge. You also have room for 3 or 4 cars in the driveway. Utilities and Internet are included with a negotiable monthly cap, helping simplify monthly expenses. Weekly pool maintenance and gardening are also included with the rental. Small pets will be considered with approval and additional pet deposit.

Fully furnished with MORE than just furniture, we have linens, towels, sheets, plants, dishes, appliances, pretty much every thing you need to LIVE and live well in one of the nicest neighborhoods in all of Orange County. You can HEAR Disneyland and Angel Stadium Fireworks! The High Schools are Villa Park, Canyon, and Orange Lutheran (private). The Middle and Elementary Schools are top tier and minutes away. Two smart TVs and internet will be included, Utilities will be included with a monthly cap. All can be discussed if needed. We are looking for folks that want to rent our home for 1 - 2 years (maybe more). We are open to 1 year with option to continue month to month or to renegotiate after one year depending on your and our situation. No smoking inside please. We have the pool maintenance and landscaping covered by our peeps, sprinkler system is automatic. Parking is in the 3 car garage, the 3 car driveway, or on the street. No parking on the street on Tuesdays, sweep day. Renters insurance is a good idea, we said required but lets discuss any and all terms, we want reasonable folks and in turn WE will be reasonable and easy going as well.
