**This is my childhood home and is set in a small enclave of 1970's era homes, many of which have been renovated like this one. Overall, this would be considered a neighborhood "in transition," with several homes remodeled/improved and some that are not.**

Gas, sewer and trash/recycling utilities INCLUDED in the monthly rent. Water bill also included upto 35 CCF/26k gallons. This is a large volume and it would only be excessive usage that would trigger exceeding that amount. Usage above 35 CCF/26k gallons will be billed to renter.
