Recently renovated 4/2 single family home in Alumn Rock area has 1 room available.

So far it's just me and my gf in the master, and my current housemate (female), and looking for *only one* person for the 3rd bedroom. The 4th bedroom I converted into a guest room.

Parking: plenty of street parking right in front of the house.

House includes:
* AC and Heating
* washer and dryer in garage
* renovated kitchen with electric stove
* large patio with BBQ grill
* small storage space in attached garage

About Me:
I am a young professional, cook 2 days per week, love the outdoors (dancing, rock climbing) and fitness. I like to be social and host BBQs, but pretty quiet. Also, I work from home 2 days per week.

About You:
Looking for someone responsible, who doesn't smoke (that includes 420/vaping), and doesn't cook every day.

There's a $32 application fee to run a background/credit check.
Deposit is also 1 month's rent and due at move-in.

Move in: available any time on or after November 1

Price: Single room is $1100 per month, measures 13'6" x 10'5" (140 sq ft).

Duration: 3-6 month lease, and then extends month-to-month

Utilities: Right now it's 3 of us living there, so with a 4th person we would split the electricity and water 4 ways (the monthly water bill would be discounted since I'm paying for irrigation).

Internet is included for free.
