"It has unfettered access to everything in downtown and it is a very walkable city. The neighbors are fantastic as well!"
  • Linda C.
"Located very close to Alton Baker playgrounds and dog parks. Close to the river path as wells market district shopping and entertainment. "
  • Richard L.
"Loud train horns 24/7 30 times daily Close to 5th ST Market, train station, Bolt Bus stop and a few nice restaurants "
  • Richard L.
"Close to transportation restaurants and shops but the horn blasts 24 hrs a day make life often unbearable "
  • Kaylee S.
"There are plants on each side of my house which is good for being right downtown. It is so nice, serves as a natural blockade from the street traffic. "
  • Laurengraham07
"The large homeless population and alleyways that they make their home really set this neighborhood apart. Beware of drug needles while walking barefoot through the park. "
  • danielbuckwalter
" Safety is the biggest issue here. It's not a good residential area. Too much construction for big-ticket items right now (NW Community Credit Union and soon a new high-rise student housing monster). Also, the chronic homeless have made camps in and around there. Needles and 211 beer cans everywhere. Not good for children, and ALWAYS keep doors locked. "
