Washer and dryer are not included. Pull on in with a two-car garage to protect your car(s) from the weather.

No pets are allowed. No smokers are allowed. Tenants are responsible for all utilities: gas, electric, water, sewer, and trash. City Utilities is the utility company. Tenant is responsible for the lawn care including mowing, upkeep of the front and backyard, which includes leaf removal, and snow and ice removal of driveway and sidewalks. Cars must park in the driveway or in the garage. No parking on the street. Rent is due the first of each month. Security deposit and first month's rent is required at signing. Cash is required.     "Overall living here has been very convienent and helpful towrds my living situation here in springfield. I have had no issues with any form of management since living here and always find my help request solved in a quick manner. They are also very good about giving a heads up before they enter, whether that be for pest control or just doing a quick inspection. outside of the feel of the place all of the amenities of the apartment are great no complaints at all. I also enjoy the pool and believe it is always in a clean and useable state for the summer!"

Any maintenance calls I've had were addressed promptly. The parking lot gets a bit crowded at times, but that isn't an issue most of the time. I would rate my experience her a 4.5 out 5 stars."

    "I have lived in Catalpla East for several years and would highly recommend to anyone who ask. While it is not the most modern apartment they are clean, well maintained and the space flows well. Apart from the physical apartement unit the location cannot be beat. WIth quick access to the high way I can access any part of the city with easy and the immediate area is safe enough for me to feel secure running alone at any time of day."

My heat went out during snow storm and I called the mentainance, tghey fixed it in few hours even on the weekend, I was thinking they gonna take few days. The pool is really nice to have a relaxed evening in the pool on weekends. It was so easy to work with getting leased and renewing it again. "

A big plus! I've only had a minor problem with heat and A. C. that was taken care of quickly. The staff & maintenance has been nice in handling any problems that a person may have. The laundry room is nice. A nice pool is on site too. They're remodeling the decks & I think, patio doors. I recommend Rosewood Village to anyone needing a place to live in this area! "
