"Seabrook is still essentially a retirement community for the local residents. There are not many young families who live here full time, however that seems to be slowly changing as Charleston continues to expand and grow. There are LOTS of young families with children here on Seabrook and Kiawah during the summers, weekends and holidays so it’s a terrific place to vacation - there is something for everyone to do."

"There are many dog owners here on Seabrook, it’s a very pet friendly place. The dogs are greeted like old friends by newcomers and neighbors alike. They’re welcome in most stores and certainly at most outdoor spaces. "
