Rentor cannot have any influence over the insurance a property owner selects to protect their property. ESAs: If you are qualified & selected for a unit, you may sign an Animal Agreement addendum as part of the Rental Agreement outlining the additional responsibilities that come with an animal. Rentor has a "Resident Benefits Package" program that is funded partially by Owners, Vendors, Property Manager and partially by Residents.
