Guests staying over 10-14 consecutive days require written approval.
No subleasing, Airbnb, or similar arrangements.
5. Pets
No pets allowed unless certified support animal.
Approved pets require applicable pet deposits/fees.
Tenant responsible for all pet damage and waste cleanup.
6. Alterations & Installations
No painting, remodeling, or installing fixtures without written consent.
TV wall mounts is only with provided rack.
Do not affix items that cause wall or surface damage.
7. Parking & Vehicles
Park only in designated areas (garage/driveway).
No parking on grass.
No inoperable or unregistered vehicles stored on the property.
8. Noise & Conduct
Follow all city and HOA rules.
No excessive noise or disturbances after 10 PM.
Tenant responsible for conduct of guests.
9. Move-Out Requirements
Provide 30-day written notice before moving out.
Property must be returned clean and undamaged.
All keys, remotes, and access devices must be returned.
