North City Market grocery and North Main eateries (Zia Taqueria, Sage, Frieda's, Union Social House, Home Slice, 81301, Cream Bean Berry, and more) are also blocks away. 1 mile to Yoga Durango, Bread Bakery, Pop Sushi, too. Durango Hot Springs 7 miles to Hermosa. 10-minute bike ride to downtown. Also, via Durango Public Transit on Main St./U.S. 550 blocks from the house.

There are two bedrooms and a bath downstairs (~850 sf) and one master bedroom (~250 sf) upstairs. The room for rent is furnished and downstairs. No inside storage, but plenty of outdoor backyard space.
