Lanier High School is more than a school, it's a community. Parents, community, and alumni frequently support the school with various endeavors. Majority of the teaching staff focus on developing the "whole child" which is critical to the educational, psychological, and emotional development of a student. Keep up the good work Lanier family!

This school helps me more than my old school.Power APAC has brightened my path .The emphasis courses are great.

My daughter attended k-5 TH grade, my grand daughters are now attending and as I have learned it takes a village and the village starts with everyone working together from the principle to the parents and family of that child in the school system. Walton is continuing to improve with every passing day and year.

I go to this school and at is amazing they staff encourages you to do your best and it is really easy to make friends here because everyone is so welcoming.

Great School’s assessment of this school makes me question using Great Schools as a resource. We have had an enormously positive experience. We have two children here. The principal is responsive, the school is diverse in every way, the community is inclusive and welcoming. Both our children test well and make progress. Both our children love the school and their teachers. I saw someone give the school one star noting carline. It’s the same carline as carline everywhere. We recommend this school and we believe in what it stands for.

Moving back to MS was a difficult choice, considering the education disparities between Jackson and Dallas, TX. Yet, Bailey has been a breath of fresh air...both in teacher and family engagement. They've championed several exciting events for the kids, while simultaneously stressing the importance of educational excellence.
