About this House

Location is excellent. 5-10 minutes from any RTP business or North Carolina Central University. Minutes from Morrisville, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Duke University Medical Center, NC Memorial Hospital, and downtown Durham.

Neighborhood is quiet. Second-floor walk-up condo has a very quiet back deck overlooking grass and trees.

Shopping of all kinds is close by including the Streets at Southpoint less than 10 minutes away. Grocery stores and restaurants are two miles south on NC Hwy 55 at I-40.

Lease can be 10, 11 or 12 months according to tenant's needs.

Tenant will pay for water, electric and gas utilities. $150 per month per month ON AVERAGE will cover all 3 of those bills. Expect about $1800 for one year.

This was previously a fully furnished rental. Some nice furniture remains including a bed room suit with queen size bed/mattress. Those items will be included in your rent IF YOU WANT THEM.

Community pool is open 5-6 months per year during summer weather. Free for your use.

    "It is a well established community that is weathering the storm that afflicts a city in sudden sporadic growth We will weather this storm and any other . This place is called Home to many whom have lived here through Three or more generations and many newcomers who chose to make this place their new home. I wish I could find an appropriate rental here. I am on the edge in a house I have afforded to live in for twenty-nine yrs. The house was recently sold and I find that I may be under the bridge at age 79 due to so-called gentrification . Durham is known for undermining it's citizens in the name of progress. It's a backhanded way of doing things but it will come out alright because the so-called little people come together when they realize what is happening."
