About this House

What a great opportunity! A modern Princeton twin-home offering chic, one-floor living with stunning architecture and tons of natural light is coming to the market this weekend. A serene refuge nestled in a dense grove of trees, yet only a few minutes' drive to the center of town and everything Princeton has to offer. South-facing, new, 20-foot floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate and accentuate the wide-open floor plan of an expansive living area. The fireplace and the ever-changing views from the four-season garden elevate the day-to-day. Back inside, the kitchen, awash with sunlight, has an impressive number of cabinets and counters galore. Cooking, entertaining, schooling or working & there is room for everything here! The cabinets and counters flow seamlessly into the adjacent galley-style laundry. Out the double glass-doors is the very private courtyard, ideal for sipping morning coffee or alfresco dinners. Beyond this engaging and open 'public space', down a private hallway you will find the rather secluded and very quiet bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom has double glass doors opening to a private, screened-in veranda with views of the lush garden and the wooded lot beyond. The main bathroom is comfortable and functional with wabi-sabi vibes. Two additional bedrooms, also brimming with natural light, have double closets and share a hall bath. The attached two-car garage with its additional storage rounds out this very comfortable abode. The overall architecture and the placement of the windows and overhangs optimizes the solar benefits and helps keep the home comfortable and cheerful year-round. Come, see and experience this amazing home! 2022-03-17

  • Trulia User
"To get to bus station is a long , over populated area and the majority of people walk but a lot of cars in a very over populated and mixture of all kinds of people. Some very nice, and some very rude and feel they own the streets! I really hate Princeton and donโ€™t recommend it. To get to train station is now a drive and to The Dinky is a longer walk than bus stop. And everything costs money, they built decks to make money and they also make you get permits to park. I was blessed enough to have a driveway where I was, but all in all: I rate it a good=25 & bad=75%-NOT VERY GOOD! Must rate Police & EMT IS A GOOD-100% -very fair and also courts are fair majority of time"
  • Trulia User
