Description

This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from March 15, 2024
Located on 1.13 acres in Princeton, this ranch-style home offers so many possibilities. Whether you refurbish the existing home or develop the property to a single-family and an ADU the next owner has ample opportunity to maximize the lot and the location. In the ranch-style home, the entry vestibule leads into the formal living room, at the front of the home. Double doors lead into the dining room and beyond that an oversized sun room that provides expansive views of the property. There is a family room for more living space with built-in bookshelves on either side of the fireplace. There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has its own private bath and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share the hall bath. What makes this property unique is the added private space to the side of the main home. Accessed by a side door, the entry foyer is a good size and is home to a half bath. Possible uses include an attached rental and or professional use. Down the hall lies several rooms and two offices, dramatically increasing the floor plan of this property. Close to Schools, Shopping Center, and Medical offices as well as downtown, this one-of-a-kind property comes along very rarely.

"To get to bus station is a long , over populated area and the majority of people walk but a lot of cars in a very over populated and mixture of all kinds of people. Some very nice, and some very rude and feel they own the streets! I really hate Princeton and don’t recommend it. To get to train station is now a drive and to The Dinky is a longer walk than bus stop. And everything costs money, they built decks to make money and they also make you get permits to park. I was blessed enough to have a driveway where I was, but all in all: I rate it a good=25 & bad=75%-NOT VERY GOOD! Must rate Police & EMT IS A GOOD-100% -very fair and also courts are fair majority of time"
