Description

The first thing to catch your eye are the beautiful hardwood floors!!! They run throughout the house and are in pristine condition. The welcoming foyer has a built-in hutch that blends nicely into the style of the home. The large living room offers space for that big screen tv and plenty of seating. The dining room can be casual as an extension of the living room or more formal if your tastes run that way. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate that person who lives in their kitchen. And, while the cabinets are not new they are in excellent condition. The stove top and oven are built in and newer. You will love the size of the bedrooms and they all have hardwood floors. In the lower level you will find a nice rec room and a full bath that has been completely updated with beautiful tile. The oversized garage where the washer and dryer are located is oversized and could easily accommodate a workshop or craft space. Outside you will find a nice, large deck for summertime fun. The roof was new in 2017. This home offers hot water heat and central air. There is nothing to do here but move in and enjoy. This a home you need to see to appreciate.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.

"Neighborhood watch is a big deal here and we got neighborhood apps that only the neighbors are on it’s real peaceful and barely any crime "
  • corey618
"It’s a great area to raise your kids! So many kids and the parks are such a great place to go on walks and play tennis and other outdoor activities. "
  • Missichelle
"Quiet little neighborhood close to food and entertainment. We are able to have animals. Great school district "
  • Trulia User
"I dislike living in Decatur. The only good thing about it so far is that it is cheap to live here, but I do not feel safe when I'm out of the house. I constantly have to worry if my car will be stolen or vandalized while I'm not paying attention. I constantly hear gunshots at night, emergency vehicle sirens, noisy train horns, people getting into loud arguments and fistfights, it seems like it never stops. The air in Decatur reeks like cheap dog food if you're lucky, and like a wastewater treatment plant if you're not."
  • Scott-jill N.
"Well maintained neighborhood featuring large homes with lots of kids.area is close to shopping, interstate access. Small town schools"
  • Sunshine F.
"there's a nice park near by, as well as a zoo and the children's museum. however our neighbors are very conservative"

  • Kimberly T.
"plenty of bus stops around, traffic going to work usually isn’t bad, just have to watch for trains that might hold you up."
  • Kimberly T.
