About the neighborhood: The majority of folks living in this neighborhood are 55+ and it is a great place to meet new friends. It is located on the south side of town and is 5 minutes from Montana State University, the Museum of the Rockies, and Valley View Golf Course. It is within 5-10 minutes of the hospital as well as downtown Bozeman.

The condo has a great patio on the backside of the home with a ravine and an excellent spot to put a bbq, some chairs, and a fireplace.

The inside has freshly painted walls, new carpet, and is very clean. You'll find a spacious and open concept living room and kitchen / dining area.

The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a good sized bathroom with 2 sinks, a tub, and a shower.

There is another bedroom off the main hallway that has been used for guests in the past. The third bedroom at the front of the home has been used as an office.

There is a 2 stall garage that will hold two smaller sized vehicles.
