"Amazing for young people, and for those that work in brickell or downtown area. Really good for si gle people."
  • Timothy Williams
"The city doesn’t have any regulations or restrictions on outdoor lighting. A lot of the buildings have excessive and unnecessary lights on all night so you have to invest in blackout shades. Also be sure to be careful crossing the streets and traffic is really bad all day. "
  • Tc5prwpt4w
"I don’t think dog owners like that there isn’t a dog park in a walkable distance of my neighborhood Also that other dog owners are pretty irresponsible about letting their dogs go out without leashes and start fights "
  • Michaelcorcos
"Traffic can be heavy at times. It depends on the hour. Heaviest traffic hours are mornings & early evenings during the week. Development in the area is expected to make traffic even worse."
  • Hector Maradiaga
"Everything’s walking distance and convenient. Great restaurants & shops a stones throw away. The energy is also great with like minded individuals."
  • Yousefmarsel
"Space there is not to many areas for dogs only one park on the area. Maybe need to create more parks for dogs "
  • Frances Llop
"Edgewater is pet friendly, you can take your dog everywhere you go, restaurants, shops, parks, etc. they even have treats for them"
  • Trulia User
"The fact that it’s close to everything and you’re in the tech scene. For me it’s a big factor. But i prefer brickell better "
  • Trulia User
"It’s not normal to see loose/free walking dogs in the area it tends to scare the kids and some adults as well so when walking it is best to have dog leash "
  • Trulia User
"Very artsy and a lot of places to go to at night. Many activities for adults. Not for kids though……."
  • Trulia User
"I love this places where we had to play Jungfrau all day long every week all year around please say my life"
  • Trulia User
"Groceries, bakeries, nightlife, beaches and in the middle of both the art district and design district. Best new neighborhood in Miami. "
  • Trulia User
"My commute is great, Edgewater is central to highways, downtown, brickell, beaches and wynwood you’ve got access to all the restaurants, shops and activities "
  • Trulia User
"Lots of parks, museums and great schools in walking distance to everything. Nice big front yards and always see neighbors having get togethers. "
  • Maria E. C. .
"Needs help in maintaining the area clean. Sidewalks are dirty and cracked. No pedestrian cross walk available. No traffic stops from 29st street and 2nd Ave to 21st street and 2nd Ave, cars speed all the time and cause accidents on weekly basis. Not walkable due to this. Dog owners do not pick up after their needs. Overall - neighbor needs some TLC. "
  • Valerie D.
"I’ve lived here for 1 year and it’s nice and quiet. No nightlife in Edgewood so it’s good for families and ppl who aren’t that social."
  • Pvfancy
"I think if you live near Margaret pace park it’s awesome for children and Ed water is pretty safe and awesome "
  • Vivi N. T.
"Not gonna lie.. there is traffic in the mornings and afternoons usually work hours. The rest of the day is nice"
  • Nadezhda G.
"There are dog parks, with gates but they are right next to the kids parks and sometimes it’s uncomfortable for both parties. Dog owners. PLEASE PICK UP! "
  • Andresepulveda

  • Drbakshi58
"I have lived here for a year. The building i live in - aria on the bay - is great. Would highly recomend it "
  • Chelsea S.
"None. It is a pretty insular, partially gentrified neighborhood with no sense of community. It’s a more “keep to yourself” vibe. "
  • Antonio C.
"Easy access to good shopping, dining, entertainment, and water sport activity. Also close access to museums and parks."
  • Pnznk

  • Luis M.
"It have parks and great spaces but maybe is not the best zone to grow up, there’s all kind of crazy people on the street."
  • Jonathan C.
"Very modern, trendy, and conveniently located. Plenty to see and do. Great for singles or young couples. "
  • Condebosch
"Wish there were more parks nearby and bike lanes. People drive fast in area. The area still has a lot to do to become as upscale as it wants to be. "
