Very large 2 bedroom/2 bath double for rent. Monthly rent is $585/deposit $585 and the company pays water and trash. This property has newer flooring, central air, fenced yard, and laundry on the first floor. We do allow pets with a $30 a month pet fee. Cats must be fixed and only certain breeds of dogs are allowed. No pit bulls, rottweilers, german shepards, or chows. Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

 No criminal record in the last five years
 No evictions in the last five years
 Steady job for more than a year or steady source of monthly income
 If you are self employed will need two years tax returns
 Take home pay must be three times the monthly rent ($1755)

 Application fee is $20 per adult

Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
