  • Julia T.
"I love the neighborhood feel. I do think people need to pay a bit more attention to their dogs (is barking and being left outside all day) but everyone’s very nice and the main areas are well maintained. "
  • Johnsonvictoria161
"yes I do believe that is guidelines that you have to follow in a neighborhood to maintain the area as it appears with no paper on the ground no lettering poop pick it up no that's the best way to me to keep your neighborhood intact"
  • Jake.schoelles
"Very safe neighborhood next to good nightlife and restaurants! I love this area and have enjoyed how close it is to entertainment, groceries and local watering holes!"
  • Drog5
"A lot of dogs in the area, usually see people walking their dogs every day. We have 3 dogs and have not had any problems with neighbors "
  • Minor.jalonda

"Parking is terrible in area and parking enforcement is ruthless . But lived in area for over 20 years great area to raise a family and lots of stores, businesses, and restaurants nearby."
  • Amy S.
"Parkside is a busy area, however without traffic it’s only about 5 minutes to the 33, with traffic it’s about 10."
  • Kindra S.
"Very nice area, family friendly and definitely pet friendly. The streets get plowed regularly and the street light work very well."
  • Kindra S.
"It's a nice area with side walks, not a lot of children. The neighbors are real friendly and courteous of each other. The only downfall is the cars speeding past, dogs should always be on a leash."
  • Franklin716
"My neighborhood is a quick five minute drive to the subway which will go downtown. Getting out of North Buffalo in the winter time in order to travel to the suburbs it’s a bit tricky but if you leave early enough you should have no problem. Close drive to all colleges and hospitals..."
  • Trulia User
"Farmers market on Thursdays at North Park school. The North Park Theater, Coffee shops, fun restaurants. "
  • Miquita P. .
"Neighborhood is quiet, and friendly. Neighbors are neighborly. Houses are well kept and have unique space "
  • Lul.barbz20
"They’ll like if you clean up after your dogs and they won’t like if you don’t clean up after your dog "
  • Kassiagrillo
"farmers market, shop rock and roll, tree lighting, small business Saturday, trick or treat , bills bar crawl, "
  • DaveH.
"All of the neighborhood restaurants, bars, parks, the Belt Line train tracks, Hertel Ave, the Buffalo Zoo, the Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House. It's a quieter neighborhood compared to the Elmwood Village but Central park is quaint, historical and beautiful."
  • Kkrengulec
"All around nice place to live but it gets very busy and the traffic is getting pretty bad as they open up more bars, restaurants and shops. They aren't adding more places to park or accounting for the rise in traffic. I've been seeing more and more accidents on Hertel than I've ever seen living here. And they drive and pass each other like lunatics. Getting scary to cross the street."
  • Timothy S.
"Walkable, Community School, Taxes are lower neighbors are friendly, safe, quiet, Bikable. Unique homes with Rich history. "
  • Zacharygarlick
"Close proximity to Hertel and the shops and restaurants. But still quiet and homey on the side streets. Love it here."
  • Triciamm
"Everything is close by and centrally located. There are many shops, grocery stores, salons and cafes to indulge in. "
  • rsllevi y. c.
