Electricity, water and sewer included,tenant pays for gas, internet / cable,and snow removal (driveway is short could be done by shovel). No more than 2 cars would be preferable. No pets, no smoking indoors. carpet cleaning to be done before move out. Renters insurance not required but is a good idea.
