The second floor accesses laundry closet. Pottery Barn California King in primary bedroom with en suite, balcony, black out shades and beautiful ocean views. Queen guest room has its own en suite as well. Catch harbor sunsets from this bedroom.
This home is walking distance to year round restaurants: The Goat, Wally's, Wok the Wok, Tideside and others.

Sorry, no pets allowed. This is a 4 person maximum lease within same family (no roommates). Absolutely no smoking of any substance and no parties.
There is one available off street parking spot for the winter.
Owner pays for utilities based on existing set up with companies. Any upgrades requested (ie., cable package, internet speed) will be expense of Renter and added to lease.
Be advised there is a staircase to bedroom access. Due to the balconies this is not an ideal rental for small children.
