We have a 650 sq Ft cabin with a 200 sq Ft loft, furnished , 2 bedrooms, located 8 miles north off of Springhill Rd and East Baseline. It will be available from October 15 until May 31, 2027. We are looking for the same person(s) to stay these 7.5 months. Unfortunately, Staying past May 31 is not possible. Internet, Roku with AmazonPrime, Netflix, and Hulu live, garbage, laundry facilities, and water are included, as well as electric radiant heat, electricity and gas utilities. There is a stacker washer/dryer in the cabin.

You will need to provide your own linens, (sheets, blanket, comforter, towels, etc)

There is plenty of parking and we take care of the snow removal on the driveway. The cabin is best lived in by 1-2 people. Renters must be clean, quiet, no smokers please

No shedding pets
