There are a lot of friendly people in the neighborhood, a lot of people who walk their dogs every day, and I've never had any problems with neighbors or people or packages or anything. In addition, the brand new Rec Center is beautiful and there are many beautiful parks nearby."

    "This neighborhood is in one of the oldest parts of the town, it's a Hodge podge of one or two home dating back to around 1912, early 50's ranch homes, and a few brick bungalows. It backs against a ravine, so it has a very secluded feel, even though it's located in what has become a major retail destination in this area."
