What's unique:Seasonal pool
Our complex is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, with easy access to state street and the free way. We are down the street from three large grocery stores. We are also about a 20 min drive to both BYU and UVU.
The complex has a seasonal pool and a playground / park for our tenants enjoyment.

Tenants are responsible for the electricity.
All other utilities are covered in the rent, including the internet.
