My son graduated from this school district and succeeded in the medical field. I know many other success stories as well. Close to West Point Military Academy for those who like who like football. The Adirondack trail and Harriman State park is about 20-minutes out. Heritage trail is 5- minutes out, and there are many resorts within a reasonable distance. Vacationers often travel from New York City to visit the Fresh water beach (four of them in Harriman State park), and you can BBQ, Kayak, Hike, Fish or just camp overnight and then take a short walk to the beach in the morning. Commute to work in NYC. Visit the resorts in NY, CT, and PA a short drive away. "
