About this House

Pics are from old tenants new pics coming in days. The place is not cluttered now fyi
1st floors apt in downtown Fleetwood area. Was a doctors office years ago so a few small rooms but still amble for bedrooms office space play rooms etc etc. 2 or 3 larger bedrooms. Plenty of closet or storage space. Ht and hot water and two parking spaces included. Pets not preferred case by case. Washer dryer hookup is available.
So 7 rooms 3 are regular size bedrooms maybe 4 and the rest are office spaces but have doors and lights and utilities etc.
2 full baths 1 is a bedroom bath suite.
Floors are carpeted.
Porch is private and nice.
Tenants recently moved so still some cleaning and touch ups and small repairs but otherwise ready to go.
