About this House

Available December 1st

The cottage is quaint and comfortable and in a very quiet and welcoming community. The walk up to the house can be a bit of exercise, but it really is worth the view and privacy at the top. The sunroom is full of windows and great space to work, have meals, or just relax. The kitchen is cottage-size but has everything needed including a new gas stovetop. Note that the dryer is under the counter in the kitchen and there is no washing machine. A newly built closet is in the primary bedroom with a sliding barn door to keep things neat. If needed, outdoor storage is available. Owners will keep access to outdoor shed for lawn maintenance/gardening. There is also a teak outdoor shower available with steaming hot water for that extra lake experience!
The cottage is two-bedroom but is setup for single occupancy and there is only a queen bed in the primary bedroom. The other bedroom holds a desk, extra closet, and storage space. There is a comfortable futon in the sunroom for the occasional guest. There is a dryer in the house but no washing machine available. A good amount of stairs to walk-up to the entrance, so please take this into consideration! Parking is at the bottom of the hill - it is worth the view! Pets considered for monthly fee of $100.
$2950 plus heat (winter). All other utilities included

Single occupancy only. Single pet only please. Rental period is from December 1st on.
