Tenant shall be responsible for maintaining the yard and exterior areas in a clean, neat, and well-maintained condition, including regular mowing, removal of debris, and general upkeep throughout the term of the Lease.

Pets
No pets are permitted on the Premises without prior written approval from Landlord. Pet approval may be negotiable at Landlord's discretion. If approved, Tenant shall be required to pay a non-refundable and/or refundable pet deposit (as specified by Landlord) and may be subject to additional pet-related terms and conditions.
