"Friendly neighborhood, just a 5 min walk from the ocean, just outside of town. Fresh air and cool summer temperatures. Bicycle or walk into town. Wildlife that might wander through ... you might see Blue Heron, Barn Owls, Fox, otter or deer, Racoon, maybe even a mountain lion or whales along the ocean"
