What really sets the location apart is how close everything is. Santee Town Center is right behind the property, putting groceries, restaurants, and everyday errands within an easy walk. The community also has a pool and spa, a playground for kiddos, and guest parking for visitors.

We're local owners and manage the place ourselves, so if something comes up, you're dealing with us directly rather than a distant management company.
