Tenants are responsible for replacing light bulbs (if needed during the lease), and promptly reporting any maintenance issues to help prevent further damage. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused by pets or guests, is the tenant's responsibility.
Renters insurance is required for the duration of the lease. A security deposit, first month's rent, and a completed application with credit, income, rental history, and background screening are required before move-in. The property is intended for residential use only and may not be subleased or used as a short-term rental without the owner's written approval.

This is coming from a parent who’s child has lacked the maturity and ability to produce at this high school… I wish more would have been done to hold my child accountable for his actions but again the administration from top to bottom lack that capability! The school was unique and wonderful to start with, but she has truly unified parents and staff. It feels like a family. At this small school, every student is known to every staff member.
