About this House

This home is in very good condition and ready for a family to enjoy. There are 2 bedrooms with closets and one 12 X 12 room that could be used as a bedroom with a chest or armoire for clothes. There are 2 baths, one with tub and shower and one with stand up shower. The front yard is large and shaded and the back yard is very large and fully fenced with tall fencing, mostly wood privacy. There are 3 sheds in the back yard, 2 metal storage sheds and one nice wood structure with new roof and windows.
There is a large graveled area on the east end of the house which has a BBQ brick grill. There are four tall poles standing permanent which a tarp or other cover could be attached to for shade.

NO PETS are allowed in this property.

The fully refundable security deposit is an amount equal to one month's rent. A prepaid cleaning fee of $300 will be paid at time of move in so tenant is not required to clean at move out.

Lease will expire April 30, 2026 and auto renew on July 1 of each year if tenant/landlord does not elect to terminate between April 30 and July 1. Move out options are April 30, May 31, June 30. Buyout options available if tenant needs to break lease.

"There is a boys and girls club that provides activities and guidance for children after school. There is also many fine parks in my neighborhood area. The children can play ball and ride their bikes on my street without worrying about people running them over. The streets are posted with a speed limit sign that also warns drivers that children are playing. "

"Friendly neighborhood. Everyone is willing to lend a hand and looks out for each other. Not to far from local colleges, about 5 minutes away from OTC and MSU and down town. This area is a very convenient, central location of Springfield."

"A safe place to live. Affordable housing for working-class folks. Close to everything Springfield has to offer. Plenty of public transportation traversing the area. A short drive to major roads leading throughout the city and surroundings. I have never heard of any flooding problems in this area and the city utilities are well-installed and maintained. I have lived in many places across the USA and this area is among the quietest and safest I have lived in."
