small pets friendly, but renter needs to pay more deposit for them, $50 fro each. big size is unacceptable. two year lease term is better for us, we prefer to sign a contract with 650+ credit record.

the owner will charge of the roofing, siding, fence, cooling&heating. the daily tear and wear on indoor stuffs the renter should take care of, before move in, we will do a move-in check to make sure everything works. renter should offer the city utilities, internet, garbage service.

Teachers are great. We feel our student is loved and safe at school. It’s close knit and just a good school. The school has increasingly enrolled more low-income students, hence the shift in test scores. But they’re still known as a good school in the community because they’ve maintained their reputation despite challenges.

"I don’t know about unique. But it’s an area that is very friendly people. They work hard and take pride in their homes. Even the renters. People always walking or riding bikes. A neighbor even brought over bubbles for my grand daughter. "
