Located in the quiet gated community of Cades Cove Reserve, this condo is 3.6 miles from the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. You can make use of the clubhouse exercise room, swimming pool, book a party, or sit at the fire pit and enjoy the view. You can even ride your bicycle on the Townsend track outside the gate. As the original owners of this unit (101), we have found that this ground floor end unit provides easy access and privacy. The higher cost ($20,000) of an end unit is worth the price. "Having the Great Smoky Mountains National Park at our back door is all the recreation we need. No need for city pars. All medical facilities are a 30 min drive to Maryville."
