All new appliances, easy access to downtown walking distance to Oakland's Park and many downtown activities 1 mile from Middle Tennessee State University. This is an upstairs unit. Lots of parking. Lots of green space and oddly very quiet for downtown.

This unit is apartment B an upstairs unit in a house with only three other units. It is a two bedroom two bath unit.
Water and trash pick up is included in rent.
