5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter is a seventh grader and has had a great experience. She is involved in many clubs and sports, including some she had no prior experience in, but she was welcomed right away. She LOVES the teachers and staff, and while she has been challenged academically, she has not felt overwhelmed or stressed. Everitt is inclusive and diverse, and they host an amazing International Night that showcases many different cultures. They are also very welcoming to visitors and allow prospective students to shadow a current student for a day!Our child has not been involved in any bullying, fights, or felt unsafe at Everitt.Parent Review2mo ago22 Reviews - Wheat Ridge High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kid was one of many kids subject to racial name calling, and violence, from just one student. Their solution was to remove the victims from the class. Not the violent racist kid. I seen that as punishment for the victims, to be removed from their class and friends they made, for speaking up against violence and racial epithets.Parent Review2mo ago13 Reviews - Check out schools near 3258 Ames St.

"I don’t go downtown very often. The traffic in Colorado in general has gotten unbearable at times in comparison to the traffic as it was a few years ago and seems to be getting worse and worse every year. "

"Lots of traffic on Kipling during rush hour. But early morning isn’t so bad. Fast to get to downtown and to the mountains. Highway is easily accessible "

"No real sidewalks! We just have those dumb curbs for walking along the street. Prefer to walk in the parks. "

"Nearby parks, friendly neighbors, lots of dog owners, and mostly good weather. There are no gated neighborhoods nearby, so we can freely walk the dog through a variety of interesting neighborhoods and visit several pocket parks. There are also a couple vet hospitals and several veterinary doctors practicing near us. There are also some really cool pet shops with dog food, treats, and toys for purchase."

"The history of the area, as mostly Truck farms, is celebrated as local urban farms and many people turning their yards into food producing gardens. you can relax in your yard and hear chickens, horses walking along the streets and the soft hum of the highway."
