Rent includes lawn care and snow removal. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities.
Parking is an attached 2 car garage with a small parking driveway in front of that garage.
Upper units include a covered private balcony and lower units have a small patio available at their side door.
Pets considered, with signed pet agreement. $100/month/pet rent and $100/pet deposit required.

Walking distance to near by shopping. Neighbors are friendly. By far the best neighborhood that my 4 kids have lived in. We love love love Eau Claire in general. Trust me....we've had to move to different states a lot for my husbands job. I told my husband I want to stay here until all our kids are out on their own. This neighborhood gets an A+ rating from this family."
