This adorable 1 bedroom,1 bath apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood. Walking distance to shops and cafes, near U of O and bus lines. Lots of natural light throughout the apartment. Dining area adjacent to the kitchen with sliding glass door. Ample closet space. Quiet complex. No smoking on Premises.

We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. Applying is free, but background screening costs $50 per adult applicant. Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent.

Tenant is responsible for electricity. Water, sewer and garbage is a separate charge paid through owner.
Credit, Criminal and Evictions background checks will be performed.
