Description

This apartment is the entire upper floor of this home in the Heritage District, Vallejo. Near the Ferry it is an ideal location.

It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, in a friendly, family neighborhood. It has 3 good-sized bedrooms, a nice-sized living room and a very large kitchen with a dishwasher & refrigerator with lots of cabinets. All rooms have high ceilings and the unit is very light & airy as well as cool in summer. There is a private, separate laundry room off the kitchen with washer, dryer and laundry cabinet.

Also off the kitchen is a private southern facing deck with the stairs to the backyard. Great to sit on the deck and relax. The completely fenced yard has an orange tree which bears great fruit and the yard has lots of grass in winter. Lots of room for a swing or chairs under the tree.

Water and garbage are included. Tenant pays gas and electric. Plenty of off street parking. Sorry no pets.

"The park across the street is beautiful and is a nice place to walk your dog during the day…..but just during the day."
  • Vallejo Joe
"Our park is so lovely during the day… Terrifying at night, mostly due to the screaming, but usually the nighty sideshows drowns it out."

"Actually not bad if you leverage public transportation. Traffic across the bridge towards the East Bay is generally not horrible. Telecommute and you have it made!"
  • francesharkins
"it has historic homes, beautiful water and city views, great public transportation including ferry service to San Francisco, many restaurants, brew pubs, wine tasting, a thriving art community, is near to Mare Island and nature walks, and has a very socially diverse population. "
  • Jramirezconchas
"I’m currently in the market of seeking a new place to call home The neighborhood I’m in is unique in a sense of old houses and the residents are all professionals career minded but there’s safety issues I’m very concerned there’s a lot of traffic of bad opportunist looking to make people lives like me feel uncomfortable that’s why I made my decision to seek a place where I feel safe would be a nice neighborhood if it gets cleaned up"
