Description

AFFORDABLE LUXURY IS NOW AVAILABLE: Formerly a Grand Pre-War Classic Six, now a convertible three bedroom apartment, in move-in condition, can be yours on East 57th Street. Upon entering the entry
foyer your attention is immediately drawn to the oversized living room replete with high beamed ceilings, newly refinished hardwood floors, a
decorative fireplace and the most charming south facing, casement windows. The formal dining room can easily host a dinner party for 12 and can be easily repurposed into a large third bedroom with access from the bedroom corridor. The original maids room has been transformed into a separate, windowed, dining area with room for 6. The butler's pantry leading into the kitchen is home to your under counter washer and dryer. The windowed kitchen with great counter space and a wall of cabinets is streamlined and efficient. The primary bedroom stands out for size, pre war details, two closets, its own en-suite bath, and southern views. The second bedroom, quite substantial on its own, can easily support two twin beds and has excellent closet space. This is an opportunity for affordable luxury that should not be missed.
325 East 57th Street is a luxury, Pre-War cooperative building which is both truly full service yet boutique in nature. The lobby is warm and welcoming. The not to be missed wood paneled elevator is one of the last vestiges of Pre-War elegance. This is truly a building that welcomes you home. Private Storage included. * Assessment: $342. per month thru 12/31/24 (photo are virtually staged)
